Onboard Bridge is a Workday Extend application that streamlines the transition of candidate data captured during the Offer process into the Worker Profile, eliminating manual effort and improving data accuracy. Organisations often rely on questionnaires to collect critical information such as personal details, role-specific inputs, and sensitive data like passport and visa information. However, this data is typically disconnected from downstream HR processes, leading to duplication, errors, and compliance risks.
Onboard Bridge addresses this challenge by automatically retrieving candidate questionnaire responses and routing them through a structured, role-based approval workflow. HR and mobility teams can review and validate sensitive information before it is committed to the Worker Profile, ensuring that all required data is accurate, complete, and compliant with organisational and regulatory standards.
Once approved, the application securely maps and pushes the validated data into the appropriate sections of the Worker record in Workday, removing the need for repetitive manual entry.
