Their platform had been live for more than ten years, and like many long-running deployments it had quietly slipped into maintenance mode. Tickets were closed, but the bigger opportunities went begging, and a little more value leaked away with every passing year.
We changed the relationship. For two years now we've worked as part of the team rather than a help desk, managing releases, fine-tuning the configuration, keeping data and security tight, and building custom extensions that push the platform further. One project became a global rollout.
It started small, with a single payroll project in the UK. But a much bigger ambition sat behind it: a global platform rollout still to come, and thousands of employees who would need dependable support every single day.
We earned our way into each next step. From that first project we went on to roll the platform out end to end across new countries, from Australia to New Zealand to Finland and beyond, while running daily support for more than 5,000 employees. The same team carried it from build into support, so nothing was lost in the handover, and our Review and Recommend work set the blueprint every new country now follows.
