The Impact Track application makes it easy for organisations to capture, track, and act on worker behaviour and performance directly within Workday. Whether it’s recognising a positive contribution or addressing a concern, the app provides a single, centralised platform that replaces scattered spreadsheets, emails, or manual tracking methods.

Users can quickly submit reports by selecting a worker, choosing whether the behaviour is positive or negative, and completing a structured questionnaire. These questionnaires are fully customizable, allowing organisations to tailor questions and scoring to their own performance, safety, or compliance needs. Reports can also indicate whether follow-up actions are required, such as scheduling a meeting, sending a reminder, or escalating to HR or leadership.

All submissions are stored securely in Workday, where HR and managers can access dashboards that reveal patterns and trends in employee behaviour over time. This provides valuable insights for recognising achievements, addressing recurring issues, and supporting fair, data-driven decisions.
